Menu 1: Unlimited buffet served for 3 hours including: hot dogs, hamburgers, barbecued chicken, veggie burgers, Italian sausage patty sandwiches, potato salad, cole slaw, mustard, ketchup, relish, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, 4 flavors of soda, pink lemonade, iced tea, fruit punch, coffee and tea.


Menu 2: Unlimited buffet served for 3 hours including: hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, Italian sausage patty sandwiches, potato salad, cole slaw, mustard, ketchup, relish, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, 4 flavors of soda, pink lemonade, iced tea, fruit punch, coffee and tea.


Served the third hour of your event: Choose 2 entrees: barbecued chicken, chicken marsala, pulled pork sandwich, sausage and peppers, kielbasa and sauerkraut, barbecued spare ribs, taco bar

Choose 2 sides: baked beans, macaroni and cheese, corn on the cob, peppers and onions, baked ziti, New England clam chowder, pasta salad, tossed garden salad.

A non-refundable deposit is required with all catered menus and prices are subject to 6.35% Connecticut sales tax.
