Quassy is an open-gate park. No form of admission is required to enter the main park property.
The beach, locker area, and waterpark are all part of a gated area where everyone needs a wristband or season pass to enter, regardless if you are using the attractions or not. Waterpark only wristbands are available for purchase.
Yes, cabanas are located in the beach/waterpark area and wristbands or season passes are required to access your rented cabana.
No, no form of admission is transferable at any time. If you are caught using someone else’s wristband or season pass, Quassy reserves the right to void your admission at any time.
Tickets purchased on our website are valid anytime during the season they were purchased in. Tickets for 11am – 5pm days, 9am – 3pm days, and after 4pm admission must be used on the appropriate times/dates will incur a charge for the difference in price on the day of your visit.
Tickets purchased on our website in previous seasons can have the value of the price paid applied to the purchase of a current season ticket. This can be done in our Group Sales building the day you choose to visit. Please note that it is just on the price value and any promotion connected to the ticket is void.
If your admission is lost, head to the Group Sales building and make sure you have your receipt or season pass holder information ready. Wristbands can be replaced at no charge and replacement season passes are subject to a $10 replacement fee.

Quassy will provide a complimentary wristband or season pass to children UNDER 24 months of age. The Infant Wristband is ONLY valid for the following: Grand Carousel, Quassy Express Train, and admission to Quassy Beach and Splash Away Bay.
NOTE: Any person accompanying the infant must also have a paid wristband or season pass. A complimentary wristband or season will be given to an infant when an adult family member purchases a wristband or season pass in park or redeems an online wristband or season pass voucher.
Should an infant wish to participate on other attractions in the park, an all-day wristband or season pass must be purchased for that child.
Seniors are offered our Under 45” price for admission. An additional $5 discount is available if purchased online.
Military personnel are offered our under 45” pricing with a valid form of ID.

Parking & Getting Around
Parking is $10 per car and $50 per bus/extra-large vehicle. Special pricing applies on the 4th of July. Season parking passes are also available for purchase with the purchase of a season pass.
We do not offer wheelchairs but wagons and strollers (single and double) are available for rent at our gift shop!
Waterpark & Beach Rules
Yes, it is highly recommended to wear or bring water shoes, sandals, or flip-flops because the concrete walkways in the Splash Away Bay Waterpark area can get hot and uncomfortable. While you cannot wear shoes on the water slides, they are beneficial for walking around the parks.
Small umbrellas are welcome but four-post tents are not allowed. You may be asked to move or remove your setup so our lifeguards can perform their duties uninhibited.
Only U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation devices and lifejackets are allowed in the beach/waterpark.
Lockers are available for rent at the beach entrance. Lockers cost $20 at rental. $10 will be returned when you return the key before the beach/waterpark have closed for the day.

Yes, shirts and shoes are required on all attractions in the main park. They are not required in the waterpark.
Food & Outside Items
Absolutely! We only ask that you do not prepare any food in the park, including heat plates, serving trays, grilling, and cooking/heating of any kind. No glass or outside alcohol is allowed either.
Absolutely! Wagons, bags, coolers and strollers are absolutely allowed in the park.
If someone in your party has a food allergy, please be aware that our kitchen areas do pose the risk of cross contamination. We do not use peanut oil in any of our food stands. Please be aware there are peanut products in our Sweet Sensations Ice Cream Stand. We do not have a dedicated gluten free kitchen but we do our best to avoid cross contamination if you inform your server of your allergy. You are more than welcome to bring food and drink into the park to ensure you are eating safely. Please remember no glass containers, no outside alcoholic beverages and no open flame (ex. Grills/sternos) are allowed to be in the park.
Pets & Service Animals
Dogs and documented service animals are allowed in the park, however, guests are 100% responsible for their pets.
Guests must clean up after their pets completely.
All dogs and service animals must be leashed AT ALL TIMES.
Any service documentation must be readily available upon request from park staff/management.
Dogs and service animals are also not allowed on the waterpark deck for sanitation purposes.
Any failure to comply may result in you being asked to leave the park without a refund.
Guest Services & Amenities
First Aid is located at the Main Office near the Grand Carousel and at the entrances to Splash Away Bay and Quassy Beach. View the park map.
The lost and found is located at the Main Office, directly across from the carousel.
Weather, Rain & Park Closures
If the park announces closure of most major rides due to heavy rain, lightning, or any other force of nature, the park will issue a Sunshine Guarantee Pass to customers who wish to leave.
A parkwide announcement regarding closure will be made.
Any guest looking to obtain a Sunshine Guarantee Pass can go to either our Group Sales building or Main Office for the Sunshine Guarantee.
Please keep in mind that a Sunshine Guarantee Pass will only be given to guests still wearing a wristband purchased that day.
The Sunshine Guarantee Pass must be obtained before exiting the park.
By receiving a Sunshine Guarantee Pass, you forfeit the rest of the day at Quassy should the park reopen.
Most of the time, when the waterpark and rides shut down temporarily during a fast-moving storm, full operations are resumed within the hour.
Passes are given as follows:
Before 4:00 PM: A guest will receive an All-Day Pass valid for the pass type purchased.
After 4:00 PM: A guest will receive an After 4 PM Pass valid for rides and the waterpark after 4 PM. Sunshine Passes will not be issued within one hour before the posted closing time. Sunshine Passes will NOT be valid on July 4th.
