Host Your Next Event At Quassy
Book your next family reunion, graduation party, wedding, stag, sweet 16, bat/bar mitzvah, anniversary, or company outing at Quassy! Our Lakeside Catering team will provide you with a tailor-made menu to fit your needs and budget. From hamburgers and hot dogs to steak and lobster, we can satisfy any palate. Start off with appetizers at the pavilion or patio, and we'll serve your main meal hot and fresh, right on time. Catered events include a 3-hour unlimited buffet.
All catered events include:
- Use of a catered area for the entire day
- A front gate attendant
- Free parking
- All-day ride and Splash Away Bay waterpark pass for all guests
A minimum of 50 guests is required for all catered events.
Fieldside Feast
For Groups of 30 or more | Ask a Quassy representative for available dates.
The Fieldside Feast includes use of the pavilion area for the entire day, a front gate attendant to assist your group, free parking, and an all-day ride and waterpark pass for ALL guests. Also, volleyball, basketball, cornhole in the pavilion area. This event for groups of 30 or more.
12:00-3:30 pm | Beverages: Soda (4 flavors), pink lemonade, iced tea, fruit punch
12:30-3:30 pm | Hot dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, veggie burgers, chicken nuggets, french fries, cole slaw, potato salad, fruit salad, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, mustard, ketchup, relish
1:00-2:00 pm | Nachos & cheese, wings (Buffalo, Teriyaki & Plain) with blue cheese dipping sauce
2:30-3:30 pm | Barbecued chicken, barbecued spare ribs, mac & cheese, buttered corn, tossed garden salad

Gospel Day
July 11 & August 8
Gospel day includes the same menu and schedule as the Fieldside Feast, use of a covered pavilion area for the entire day, front gate attendant to help check in your group, free parking, church signage, time slot for your choir to perform, sporting equipment in pavilion, and an all-day ride and waterpark pass for ALL guests.
Wings & Things
June 19, July 16, & August 13
The Wings & Things event includes a front gate attendant to assist your group, free parking , and amusement rides 4 to 8pm and waterpark 4pm to 7pm. Reserved seating for 20 or more guests.
5:00-7:00 pm | Chicken wings (Buffalo, Teriyaki, BBQ), hanburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, potato salad, cole slaw, mac & cheese, french fries, tossed salad, soda, and soft drinks.
Dockside Rentals
Enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Quassapaug from our covered Dockside rental space that includes:
- 10 tables
- 60 all-day ride and waterpark wristbands
- Access to additional discounted group-rate wristbands
Rental Fee: $2,850 | Not available July 4th
We're happy to cater your rental as well, with a full menu including hot dogs, hamburgers, salads, barbecue, beverages, party platters, and much more!
Please note: No grills, alcohol, or glass containers may be brought into the park. Tables throughout the park are reserved for restaurant guests and rental events. The only first-come, first-served tables are located in the waterpark/beach area. All guests entering the water area are required to have a wristband.
